Refund Policy

The Prince George and District Music Festival understands that our online order process is not perfect. Mistakes sometimes happen and we promise to do our best to resolve any problem that occurs with the online order process.

If you are uncertain about submitting online payment for your music festival entry, please email us (info@pgmusicfestival.com) and we would be happy to answer any questions you might have, and we will provide you with whatever information you need, as appropriate.

Unfortunately, the Prince George and District Music Festival does not issue refunds.

After your festival entry is submitted and payment is confirmed, your payment is non-refundable, even if you cancel your participation in the Music Festival event.

Again, we DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, and any credits or corrective actions are at our sole discretion.
